Out-of-court settlement of disputes between clients - consumers and lawyers

Information for Consumer Clients (ie clients who are both natural persons and who are not acting in the course of their business or as a self-employed person):

on the basis of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended, is authorized by decision of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of 5 February 2016 to out-of-court settlement of possible consumer disputes between them and a lawyer arising from contracts for the provision of legal services Czech Bar Association.
